Electronic Prescription Service nomination

The Electronic Prescription Service, also known as EPS, allows your GP surgery to send prescriptions electronically to your nominated pharmacy.

By completing an EPS nomination form on this website, you confirm that you would like Millan Pharmacy London Road to become your nominated pharmacy for electronic prescriptions.

You consent for Millan Pharmacy London Road to process your EPS nomination request and contact you if further information is needed.

You understand that you can change or withdraw your EPS nomination at any time by contacting the pharmacy or your GP surgery.

Appointments and bookings
